This was once another of the Hoover farm holdings at one time. Adjacent to the affluent Monticello allotment, the land was cut flat (up to twelve feet in some places from my own observation) and is now in the final stages of construction of a large, multi-building First Friends (Quaker) congregation center. Local residents have wondered about the infrastructural impact this church will bring to the area.
