STOP

STOP is a mobilization engine that roadmarks the net-coordinated
cross-continent joint peace movements.

On December 28, 2001, the Coalition of Women for Peace held a
March of Mourning that gathered 5000 people in Jerusalem.
Women In Black joined in solidarity at 118 worldwide locations.

A grouping of white lines moves in random speed as manipulated
by the net users. Shining through are held up candle lights,
recochet of bullet fired, rays of sunshine through bars.

STOP is originally conceived and commissioned by Amnesty's 40th anniversary digital project, Shine02.
